My service in the real estate industry for over 15 years has given me a deep understanding of how valuable each property is.

I have earned a reputation in the industry of being approachable, friendly, flexible, analytical and persistent. These skills have earned me the success as a realtor and given my clients their well valued properties. My best skill- being a negotiator.

In my career thus far, I have sold 500 million dollars in sales transactions. Given that 80% of my business is from referrals or repeat clients, our sales records show we have satisfied clients who are confident in our work.

My clients are like family, we provide counseling and guidance in strategic planning, space utilization, transactions management and financial structuring. It's part of our concierge service*. In addition, to add value to the real estate community at large, I impart training and coach incoming realtors, technique to secure successful deals.
